Heave Ho!
Two Scottish clans compete in a tug-of-war for whisky barrels, sometimes with Nessie joining the fray. Players race to construct their decks in real time, then take turns playing cards to tug the barrel toward their side. Cards represent pulls, defenses and special effects that shift momentum on the rope. The first player to claim three barrels by pulling them across their line wins.

Tom5.9 Fast and fun! What I really enjoy about the game is the unique way in which cards are distributed. Also, the game is very easy to teach, and makes for a quick, pickup game to be played anytime. See my review for more details.
