Players take on the role of archaeologists traveling from a base in North America to five world regions in search of hidden treasures. Each region contains three card decks, with a treasure at the bottom of each deck; some treasures are false. Dice rolls are used to overcome the skills shown on cards and discard them one at a time. Successful expeditions improve the players’ skills, while failed attempts leave the cards in place. Once four treasures have been discovered, they are scored, and the player with the most points wins.
