Journey of the Emperor
Players organize experiences for the emperor during the Qingming Festival as he travels from the castle along the river to the coast. Each round, they select and place festival cards to build a journey, aiming to arrange the best sequence of locations and attractions. Journeys score according to the Castle and Coast cards played, which seek different combinations of Dragons, Pandas, Tigers, and Chows. Hidden goals involving lanterns, animals, and castle combinations provide additional scoring opportunities.
