Mage Knight

A collectible miniatures skirmish game in which players build balanced forces from pre-painted plastic figures, each with point values tracked by rotating dials on their bases to show wounds and stats. Players assemble armies to equal agreed point totals, then take turns moving models, resolving attacks and special abilities until one side is eliminated, captured, withdraws, or time runs out. Optional customization uses card-based Items, Domains and terrain, and later additions add Spellbooks, Spells and Adventuring Companies to expand tactical options. Two major rule sets exist; an updated edition overhauls mechanics and introduced new customization, making earlier tournament figures incompatible with the revised format.

I don't hate collectible game like some here do, and this is one of the better ones. The dial idea was a good one, although it was a bit more of a pain to implement than I thought. Still, the collectible fact kept me from keeping it.
