Mediterranean Empires

Players command one of several ancient Mediterranean powers and compete for control of the sea and its coastal territories. Play centers on managing a changing hand of cards—troops, leaders, fleets and diplomatic options—that serve as the primary resources for resolving events and launching military expeditions. Each player uses a faction-specific 35-card deck that reflects different strengths and playstyles, and the game unfolds over three unpredictable turns where player interaction and strategic timing determine expansion and survival.
