Ninja All-Stars

Assemble a team of shinobi and compete for honor in an annual moonlit tournament. Players field a squad of ninja drawn from elemental clans, use dice-driven rock-paper-scissors mechanics to resolve combat, searching, and special actions, and choose combat outcomes based on remaining dice rather than simple totals. Ninja are knocked out and recover in their dojo rather than being permanently removed, and play supports single scenarios or campaign/league progression with experience and skill advancement. The box includes miniatures for multiple teams, a board, and tokens to run objective-based skirmishes for 2–4 players.
