Ninja Lite: Stealth & Tactics

Players control members of a covert clan infiltrating a samurai compound to gather evidence and eliminate a traitorous warlord. The game focuses on stealth, coordination, and tactical movement as ninjas use action cards to move, attack, evade detection, and retrieve critical information. Play proceeds in phases: resolve random events that introduce enemies or complications, take turns choosing ninja actions and order, then resolve enemy patrols and reactions. Melee and ranged combat are present, and alerted enemies summon reinforcements and pursue intruders, so noise and detection are carefully managed. Victory requires collecting incriminating evidence and killing the Daimyo; the mission fails if time expires, all ninjas fall, or the Daimyo dies without sufficient data. Difficulty modes, optional event cards, and extra missions alter complexity and replayability.
