No Middle Ground: The Golan Heights 1973

This is a tactical operational wargame covering the 1973 northern front on the Golan Heights, with three scenarios and a full campaign that span the opening Syrian offensive through the Israeli counteroffensive into Syria. Players command brigade- and battalion-scale forces on a 22"×34" hex map (4 km hexes) with turns representing 8-hour periods. Counters represent Syrian/Arab and Israeli ground units plus air units that must contend with AAA and SAM defenses. Gameplay features chit-pull formation activation, combined-arms operations, time-on-target artillery, improved positions, minefields, airborne/commando assaults, and optional hypothetical units. The game includes a rulebook, charts, designer notes and historical commentary.
