Pimple Pete
Players take turns spinning to determine which area of a plastic head to treat: the forehead, left cheek, right cheek, or chin. They remove pimples with tweezers, earning points based on the difficulty of each one. The head rocks as players work, and pulling a pimple incorrectly can trigger the large zit on the nose to spray water.
