Pandemic
Players take on specialized roles in a cooperative effort to stop multiple deadly outbreaks across a world map. On each turn a player spends actions to move between cities, treat infections, build research stations, or share knowledge with teammates while using cards to perform powerful effects. A player deck supplies city cards and occasional Epidemic cards that increase infection rates, while a separate infection deck models the regular spread of disease. Roles have unique abilities that shape strategy, and the team wins by discovering cures for all four diseases before outbreaks or the card decks cause defeat.

Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
If I Treat Disease in a city where that disease is cured, do I remove one cube or all of them?
If a disease has been cured, the Treat Disease action removes all cubes of that color from the city in a single action; if removing the last cube eradicates the disease, flip its cure marker to the eradicated side (page 4).
When an outbreak happens, can the same city outbreak again during the same infection resolution?
A city that has already had an outbreak while resolving the current Infection card does not outbreak again as part of that same resolution; chain-reaction outbreaks still occur in connected cities and each outbreak advances the Outbreaks marker (page 7).
Can I give any city card to another player if we're both in the same city, or must it match the city we're in?
Normally you may only give or take the City card that matches the city you are both in, but the Researcher role may give any City card from her hand to another player she is with (pages 4, 8).
What exactly happens when I draw an Epidemic card?
Immediately do these steps in order: Increase the infection rate, draw the bottom Infection card and place three cubes there (or cause an outbreak), then reshuffle the Infection Discard pile and place it on top of the Infection Deck (page 6).
If there are fewer than two Player cards to draw on my turn, do we reshuffle the discards or lose?
If, as you are about to draw, there are fewer than two cards left in the Player Deck, the game ends and the players lose — do not reshuffle the discards to form a new deck (page 6).
Do we have to eradicate all diseases to win, or is curing them enough?
You win as soon as cures for all four diseases are discovered; eradicating diseases is not required to win (page 7).
