Roll to the Top!
Players race to complete a personal challenge sheet by filling every square with ascending numbers from bottom to top. Each round several polyhedral dice (d4, d6, d8, d12, d20) are rolled and players write values in columns so each new entry is equal to or higher than the one below it; a square can hold a single die result or the sum of two or more dice, and players may also choose to skip dice. A white modifier die dictates a change before the next roll: add, remove, or swap a die for the next player. The game emphasizes planning and adapting to variable dice outcomes to create playable opportunities on the sheet.

Desde su lanzamiento #RollToTheTop nos ha llamado la atención. Es un 'roll and write' dinámico, fácil de explicar y que rápidamente se puede sacar en clase para amenizar una clase de viernes a las 14:00. Que existan diferentes plantillas de diferente dificultad es una cierto, ya que además de ofrecer variedad, permite ajustar el nivel de dificultad. Por otro lado, también tenemos la opción de añadir operaciones matemáticas o crear nuestra propia plantilla. La única pega es que todos los jugadores tienen las mismas opciones de númeración para colocar, algo que se arregla facilmente si hacemos que el jugador que tira los dados tenga la opción de bloquear uno de ellos para el resto de jugadores. ¡Una solución que proponemos incorporar a vuestras partidas, seguro que no os arrepentiréis!
