SirKappy8.7 Fast, easy to learn but with quite a bit of strategy. I've only been able to play it on BGA but I really want to buy the physical copy.
The set collection aspect and the card art makes this fun, but the strategy comes in with theStop/ last chance decision. Fun and easy to teach.

Can I look through the discard piles before I take a card from them?
No — "It is not possible to look through the discard piles." (page 1).
If I draw the first two cards from the deck, do I have to add one and discard the other, and can I choose which discard pile to use?
Yes — when you take the first two deck cards you add one to your hand and discard the second faceup onto a discard pile of your choice; if a discard pile is empty you must put it there. (page 1).
Do duo cards score points while they're still in my hand, or do I have to play them to get their points?
Duo cards count for points whether they are played or not, but their special effects only occur when you place the two cards faceup in front of you to play them. (page 1).
If I say LAST CHANCE, do other players still get a turn and can they be targeted by attacks during that final turn?
Yes — after LAST CHANCE each opponent takes one final turn (take a card + play cards) and then reveals their hand, which is "protected from attacks." Then scoring proceeds with the bet-win/lose rules described. (page 1).
What happens if the deck runs out during play — does the round still score normally?
Special case: if the deck is empty at the end of a player's turn, the round ends immediately without scoring. (page 1).
Do the point-multiplier cards (lighthouse, shoal, penguin colony, captain) count as the card type they multiply?
No — each multiplier grants extra points per the named card type but "does not count as" that card type itself (e.g., the lighthouse gives points per boat but is not a boat). (page 1).
