Shallow Regrets
Players trawl a shoal of uncanny, otherworldly fish and choose which to bring aboard. Each turn the active player reels in two fish from any shoals, keeps one if they can meet its strength requirement with hooks already present on their caught fish, and returns the rest to the water. Most fish grant one-shot abilities that activate by exhausting them. Play continues until the shoals are empty, then players total the value of their catch. Fish classified as foul impose a penalty on the player who collected the most of them. The highest total score wins.
