Showdown

Players take on the roles of nimble prairie-dog crooks raiding carriages and bank vaults while the sheriff patrols Slingshot Canyon. On a turn a player draws a card or plays one or more cards that share a visible symbol at least three times; each card shows two of five possible symbols and playing activates all symbols on the chosen cards in groups and in any order. Symbols let players move their bandit, send the sheriff toward the next vault, attempt thefts from carriers or other players using dice, or secure stolen coins so they cannot be stolen later. As the sheriff advances along a shrinking patrol path, exposed players risk losing coins. The player with the most money at the end wins.
