The Arctic
A two-player abstract battle set on a polar frontier where penguins and polar bears vie for territory. Players move animal-themed pieces across a board; piece abilities change over time so each turn alters what pieces can do. Eight penguin units have three possible abilities each, while four polar bear units have six, creating shifting tactical options. The game uses a slightly irregular board geometry and a backdraft mechanic that affects movement and capture dynamics. Cute penguin and polar bear figures serve as both functional units and scoring markers.
