Thwarted! A Game of Super-Villainy

Players take on the roles of super-villains competing to defeat the superheroes of The City while hindering one another. Action cards allow villains to steal cards, force discards, counter attacks, and disrupt rival plans. Heroes come from a separate deck and have attack values that also determine their end-game points. Each hero triggers a special power when defeated, helping or penalizing the attacking villain or affecting everyone. The game ends when either deck is exhausted, and the villain with the most Victory Points wins.
