TOKYO JUTAKU
Players take on the role of Japanese architects competing to erect compact houses on oddly shaped, limited plots. The game plays in real time: each player builds with geometric wooden pieces, placing one piece at a time to meet site requirements like height and piece limits. Players race to complete conceptual builds and claim site cards; the first to secure five sites ends the round. At game end, players total yen earned from their claimed sites, and the highest total wins. Components include scaled-up, gloss-finished wood pieces and larger site cards to facilitate stacking.
