Treasure Fleet

In a setting inspired by 17th-century Spanish treasure fleets, players command pirate captains attempting to plunder ships before they reach Spain. Treasure ships are revealed in groups, and players secretly commit cannon, storm, and boarding party cards to target them. Each sailing consists of three volleys, with the lookout passing to a new player after each volley. The player who commits the most cannon fire to a ship claims its treasure, while ties and untouched ships escape. After the final sailing, the player holding the highest-valued card ransoms the Governor. The player with the most treasure points wins.
