Universal Rule: Second Wave
Deep in the Pocket Universe, a second wave of planets brings new methods of domination. Players colonize planets, explore their regions, gain credits from planetary resources, and attack opposing worlds. Other players may follow these actions at a cost, while cards introduce duplicity, increased magnitude, and escalating attacks. The first player to demonstrate dominance through victory points wins.
