An evil conspiracy is unfolding in Victorian London! Investigators must work together to uncover hidden leads, manage their influence, and thwart the mastermind before time runs out. Players move through the city, revealing clues at notable locations and applying them to identify the conspiracy’s mastermind, plot, and locale. Agents hinder their efforts by disrupting investigations and traumatizing investigators, while cold leads and the advancing clock bring the final confrontation closer.
