Each turn every player selects one card from their hand and places it face-down; after all players have played a card they are revealed simultaneously and then resolved (page 2). Rounds last 10 turns (page 4).

You must play your card at the end of a row where its number is higher than that row’s last card and where the difference to that last card is the smallest (the least higher option) (page 3).

After revealing, cards are played from lowest to highest number: the player with the lowest revealed card goes first, then the second-lowest, and so on until all revealed cards are placed (pages 2–3).

If your card is lower than every row’s end card you must take all cards from one row of your choice and place them face-down into your Bull Pile (they do NOT go into your hand), then play your revealed card to start a replacement row (page 4).

When your card would become the sixth card in a row you must pick up the five cards already in that row and add them to your Bull Pile, then use your revealed card to start the replacement row (page 5).

After each 10-card round players count the bullhead penalty points in their Bull Piles; play additional rounds (redeal) until a player exceeds 66 penalty points, and the player with the lowest total at that moment wins (page 6).
