Ancient Battlelines Clash

A fast-play miniatures battle system covering warfare from the ancient to the medieval period. Units are defined by type, battlefield role, and fortitude, with special rules representing missile attacks, formations, and other distinctions. Players alternate turns, activating each unit individually. An activation allows a unit to move, charge, fight in melee, or perform other actions, with the sequence resolved before another unit is activated. The rules suggest WRG-style basing, but require only a consistent frontage for all units.
