Blood and Dust (Revised)

The undercity of Red Row is collapsing into gang warfare, poverty, cult recruitment, and unrest surrounding a touring play. As violence spreads through Spire, a group of professionals forms a resistance cell to investigate who is driving the district toward chaos. This campaign frame for the Spire RPG is designed for around five sessions. It includes five pre-generated characters, factions and events tied to Red Row, and statistics for the adversaries involved; players can also create their own characters.
