Civility: 5-6 Player Expansion

Three new cities join the struggle to shape the new world: a malevolent Cthulhu city, scheming clones, and a horde of zombies. Each introduces a distinct approach to play. Cthulhu City manipulates the world, cards, and events; Clone City uses other cities’ powers while exploiting their weaknesses; and Zombie City begins as a dominant force but decays if its resources are not managed. This expansion adds the components needed to play with five or six players when combined with the base game.
