Excalibur (NAC)

A role-playing adventure game in which players create characters, distribute 10 points among strength, dexterity, and intelligence, and explore a randomly built world. Players connect map tiles by their paths, move through the landscape, defeat monsters, and complete individual missions for victory points. When a character leaves the board, a new tile is added, revealing further encounters or entrances to smaller locations such as lakes, dwellings, and woods. A shared objective involves finding Excalibur, while characters can also attack one another to take weapons, objects, and mission cards. Combat uses simple rules.
