Intrigue City

As members of a secret council, players manipulate the six Guilds that control the capital city of Aar. Each round, players adjust their own influence and that of an opponent by placing Influence Tokens valued 1, 2, or 3. A Guild reaches Equilibrium when its total influence is exactly six. Players score cards for the Equilibriums they maintain, while votes can increase a Guild’s power and the value of its scoring cards. Careful planning and interference determine the final score.
