Kharkov 1943

This wargame covers the Soviet operations Star and Gallop around Kharkov in February and March 1943. It focuses on initiative and command, with players alternating activation of their generals’ formations until all units have acted. The game uses a variation of the system from the Arnhem game in Vae Victis issue 13 and includes a relatively large counter set on a standard Vae Victis map. The counters require cutting out and mounting, and the rules are in French. The issue also contains counters for a Battle of Soss scenario for Caesar: Conquest of Gaul.
