Kingdom

Players collaboratively create and play members of a shared community or organization, called a Kingdom, defining its purpose, history and resources together. Gameplay alternates between scenes focused on individual characters and scenes that revolve around the Kingdom itself; players make choices, argue over priorities, and take actions that affect both personal arcs and the group's fate. Conflicts, crises and external pressures push the Kingdom toward transformation or collapse, and play emphasizes negotiation, consequences and the interplay between character growth and institutional change. Sessions center on collaborative storytelling and mechanical moves that escalate stakes for characters and for the Kingdom as a whole.
