New Haven: Charters is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 60 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Race to claim charters by completing rows and columns on your Village board or building six structures of the same resource type. Seven tiles provide additional victory points for being first to meet their conditions. The Governor charter awards two extra points to the player with the most charters at the end of the game; ties receive no award.
