They seek the final pieces of Philiandrius’s magical research, while navigating threats from underground factions and Fomoire raiders. This adventure is designed for four 6th-level characters and includes an in-depth setting guide to Chandegar, eight competing factions, ten new monsters, nine magic items, and the Lawspeaker prestige class.
