Rebel Raiders on the High Seas

A short, two-player strategic contest of naval operations during the American Civil War, covering actions at sea and on major rivers. Players command opposing naval forces and use decks of cards to drive operations, move ships, conduct combat with dice, and contest control of ports and waterways. The game emphasizes reactive play and shifting strategies as card draws and optional elective rules introduce variability and ‘‘what if’’ scenarios. Setup uses a large map, numerous ship counters and leader stands; play typically finishes in under three hours and balances accessible rules with tactical decision-making.
