A tactical naval combat game covering the war in the Mediterranean from 1939 through June 1941, focusing on the struggle to maintain supply lines to Axis forces in North Africa. Using the Command at Sea rules, it includes 20 scenarios featuring vessels ranging from E-boats to aircraft carriers and battleships, along with more than 400 ship and aircraft counters. A comprehensive data annex covers the represented units, while the boxed set also contains the third-edition standard rules, a jump-start scenario, and a scenario generator.
