An expansion focused on unconventional warfare, adding Assassins, Spies, Saboteurs, and Special Weapons to the game. Assassins eliminate officers in specific territories or sea areas, while Spies reveal information about opponents’ money, resources, advances, and officers. Saboteurs disrupt opposing operations, and players can research Bio-, Chem-, and Envirowarfare technologies for $500 million. These weapons can target troops, territories, or resources.
