100 Exciting Encounters - 1st Level Encounters

A collection of 100 ready-made encounters for Castles & Crusades campaigns, designed primarily for parties of three to eight 1st-level characters. Roll d100 to select an encounter, with creature ranges provided for smaller and larger groups. The encounters assume a dungeon setting but can be adapted to other environments. Some present significant danger, while others offer opportunities to retreat and survive. Standard treasures are not included, though each encounter lists suitable treasure types for use with related treasure tables.
