18 Hiawatha

A compact variant of an 18xx design that models rail development along the historic Milwaukee Road Hiawatha routes. Players operate companies, lay track, buy and sell shares, run trains for route revenue, and use an expanded shorting mechanism as a core economic option. The game adds new private companies and a small set of game-specific tiles to the underlying system and requires the base 1817 components to play.
