51st State: Master Set – Three Cities

Three distinct city tiles sit on the table, each producing and accumulating one type of resource — location cards, workers, or ammunition — and remain between rounds instead of being cleared. Players may make deals with cities to collect the specified production each production phase; multiple players can engage the same city and all receive its output. Alternatively, a player may raze a city to claim its entire accumulated stockpile, after which the city tile is removed from the game. Components are promo tiles sold separately; rules are provided online rather than in a printed booklet.
