Players build and manage a 4x4 face-down grid representing a kingdom populated by humans, elves, dwarves, goblins and dragons. Each turn a card is drawn and used to replace a card in the player’s grid, revealing and arranging inhabitants to shape territory and interactions. The game supports competitive, cooperative, and solo modes, with difficulty variants to adjust complexity. Players balance peaceful accommodation of different races against development speed and neighboring kingdoms’ progress, aiming to create a stable, well-ordered realm while handling evolving challenges.
