Baltimore & Ohio: Technology Level Seven Expansion

This expansion moves the setting into the 1940s and adds a new Tech 7 Capital Equipment deck that introduces higher-level assets and capabilities. It extends the endgame and alters the timing and arc of play, prompting players to reconsider when to expand companies and when to found new ones.
