Barony: Heroes

A compact expansion that adds 24 one-use Hero cards to the base game, giving each player asymmetric abilities to deploy during play. Players draft or select Hero cards and use their powers at key moments to influence actions, combat, or resource outcomes, introducing tactical variety without changing core rules. Cards are single-use and language-independent, and the pack is designed to integrate with the most recent edition or the original base game (art style differs from the original).
