Bladesworn

A rules adaptation for Ironsworn-style play, drawing on fictional positioning and resource management. It replaces the broad range of moves with three general moves: Face Danger for attribute-driven actions, Finish It for progress rolls, and Suffer for effects that tax Health, Spirit, or Gear. Progress is determined by the fictional scale, quality, and potency of an action, allowing stronger fictional positions to advance objectives more quickly. Optional simplified progress tracks provide a linear difficulty curve and easier-to-use clocks. The rules also include guidance for adapting existing moves and assets, along with a worked example of play.
