Catan Scenario: Malta

A promotional scenario created for the 2022 Catan World Championship in Malta. The standard desert hex is replaced with a Malta hex, or in Seafarers, a random water tile near the board’s center. The Malta hex uses an 11 number token and cannot contain a starting settlement or road, though players may build on its intersections and outer paths. The island has six routes, each requiring 1 lumber and 1 wool to build. The scenario is compatible with Catan, Seafarers, Cities & Knights, and their 5-6 player extensions.
