Players act as urban planners building a modern city on a 4x4 grid of sector tiles, placing colored buildings on plots adjacent to streets and moving an architect token along junctions to reach placement opportunities. Turns allow either moving the architect and placing buildings from a personal reserve, or drafting a new project card to add to a row of active projects and replenish buildings; completed sectors receive supervisor tokens. Players score by matching patterns shown on project cards across the city, with cards in the active row triggering scoring when pushed to the far end. Specialist tokens occupy corner sectors and grant persistent abilities or scoring effects when a player constructs a building in their sector, then move to a new sector.
