Crescendo of Doom: A Squad Leader Gamette

Squad-level portrayal of early WWII combat from the invasions of Poland and Norway through the battles in France and Greece, adding Polish, Belgian, Finnish, French, British, and other early-war units to the Squad Leader system. The game includes twelve scenarios, two geomorphic mapboards, and more than 1,200 counters representing infantry, vehicles, and ordnance. A 36-page programmed-instruction rulebook introduces the new units and rules, while the British order of battle supports designing additional scenarios across the Second World War.
