Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game – Season One

Players work together as investigators who collect evidence, interview suspects and connect disparate leads to solve standalone criminal cases. Each case runs about 90 minutes and uses a streamlined ruleset aimed at quicker, family-friendly play; sessions present different tones and settings—from a country-mansion mystery and a gang-torn urban district to a suspicious university death. Gameplay combines scene investigation, questioning, and deductive reasoning as players explore locations, analyze clues and decide which leads to pursue to build a coherent case and determine motive and perpetrator.
