An additional Investigator or Consultant to add to the Antares NIA team. Zahra Arvala is a former forensic scientist whose ability lets players spend 1 Authority token to discard 1 Stress token, and she adds 1 Perception skill to the token pool. Mei Thompson adds 2 Perception skills to the token pool.
