Dune: War for Arrakis – Smugglers

Adds the Smugglers as a shifting neutral faction on the board. Players vie for their loyalty through influence and actions, altering available forces and resources as allegiance changes. Play divides into two phases: an early period where the Smugglers operate neutrally and pay tribute, and a later stage where one side can recruit their leader, troops, and aerial units to its cause, changing strategic options and board dynamics.
