An expansion that adds new ship types, systems, and rules to core Federation & Empire campaigns. It introduces mechanics such as stasis field generators, electronic warfare, light tactical transports, and marine assaults, plus expanded special operations options. Includes eight new scenarios, over 800 counters, and revised and expanded rulebooks. The package reimplements earlier modules for special operations and marine assault and integrates their components into the main campaign framework.
