Fleet: Crab Meeples

Five Crab Meeples are placed near the center of the play area during setup. The first player to fill a boat associated with each different Standard license immediately takes a Crab Meeple and places it on that license; ties are resolved by turn order. Crab Meeples cannot be lost and are worth 4 victory points each at the end of the game.
