Flott's Miscellany Volume Two

A system-agnostic RPG zine set in the Rainy City, a doomed fantasy metropolis where wizards guard decaying tomes, gargoyles watch from above, thieves prowl, and rain never stops. It provides random charts, name lists, unusual facts, and other tables organized around the city's districts, the pirate haven of Rickety, and the flooded Grand Academy of Magic. Additional material details the magic-infested Eastcheap neighborhood, including its residents, businesses, street life, and a map. A scenario about the Willoughby Ark Auction and Alefest combines linked narratives, artwork, charts, lists, and random tables for use in campaigns.
