Freak Shop

Players act as mansion owners gathering a collection of horrific attractions by trading with a central shop. Each card has a value and starts either in a player’s mansion or in the communal shop; three secret scoring objectives determine which collections score best. On a turn a player makes exactly one trade using one of two mechanics: trade any number of cards for others with the same total value, or swap a set of cards all of one value for the same number of cards all of another single value. Players aim to grow and tailor their personal collection through these trades and by positioning cards as trade fodder or final scoring pieces before the shop closes.
